For a free exchange, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a return shipping label for the item you wish to exchange and a code for free shipping on the new item. Simply place a separate order for the new size or color and use the supplied free shipping code. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund for its cost.
